Over the last 3 months we have been busy refreshing our Quality Assurance documents, systems and processes.
We have recently launched Management Assurance Frameworks and Toolkits for our Work Programme and Specialist Employment Support (SES) Delivery Organisations to support the quality of the delivery of our DWP contracts. We plan to launch Frameworks and Toolkits for our other contracts over the next few weeks and months.
