3SC is pleased to announce that we have appointed three people to the role of co-opted members of the 3SC Board. The co-opted members will provide guidance and advice to the board, its committees and the executive team. The new co-opted members are:
Jelena Madir - Jelena is senior counsel at the Bank of European Reconstruction and Development. She has worked as a lawyer in the United States and Croatia and speaks seven languages. She is a board member of the British-Croatian chamber of commerce and a Trustee of Do-it Trust, a charity that promotes modernisation of volunteerism through the use of new technologies.
Karen McArthur - Until recently Karen was the Global Head of Corporate Responsibility at Thomson Reuters, developing their strategy and ethical approach to commercial activities after completing 8 years in a similar role for Vodafone. She was founder NED for the Institute for Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability and runs and ethics and standards consultancy alongside other NED and Sustainability roles including at HS2 and MCS.
Clare de Silva - Clare is currently the Community Impact Director at The Cinnamon Trust and Managing Director at C Squared Consultants. She is currently on the board at Christian Funders Forum and has held non-executive governance posts with Children in Need and Sports Relief.
