We work very closely with a number of organisations that engage with young people that are eligible for the Jobs Growth Wales programme. We are committed to providing a diverse range of vibrant vacancies that reflect the types of organisations that work in Wales.
3SC is pleased to be working with Interserve Justice in Transforming Rehabilitation. Interserve have a clear vision in TR which emphasises the VCSE sector’s skills, real contracts and not passing on unreasonable financial risks. We are building their tier 2 and 3 supply chains in the CPAs where they are bidding
We want all our 2900 members to be aware of the Clinks Transforming Rehabilitation infrastructure readiness service to the VCSE which the MoJ has funded over the next year. This is important offer of assistance to the VCSE and should be readily used - full details are on the Clinks website
Our plans in Wales are continuing to progress well and our reach is ever expanding, this is evidence by the number of employers signing up to Jobs Growth Wales. So far we have over 350 employers registered and the trend is for each employer to recruit more than one person. One of our recent employers said: “We have found there is a wealth of creativity and enthusiasm waiting to be unleashed, we cannot leave this to go to waste. Employers are missing a trick if they do not see the value and the potential they can fulfil.”
3SC are delighted to have won the Intraining cup for the highest performing supply chain provider for the quarter on our West Midlands DWP Work Programme contract.
