16th February 2026

3SC is proud to announce the launch of our new Ministry of Justice (MOJ) East Midlands Coaching Programme, designed to provide personalised, strengths based support to people on probation across the region. This initiative marks an exciting expansion of our commitment to delivering high quality, evidence based interventions that help individuals build confidence, develop new skills, and move forward positively in their lives.

The programme offers one to one coaching focused on motivation, wellbeing, and practical goal setting. By working collaboratively with participants, our coaches help individuals identify their strengths, overcome barriers, and create sustainable pathways toward employment, education, and personal stability.

First Referrals Received

We are delighted to share that the programme has already received its first referrals. This early engagement reflects both the strong partnership between 3SC and the Probation Service, and the clear need for tailored, person centred support within the East Midlands.

Our team is now actively onboarding participants and beginning the coaching journey with them. Each referral represents an opportunity to make a meaningful difference—supporting individuals to make positive choices, reduce reoffending, and build a more secure future.

A Collaborative Approach to Positive Change

The MOJ East Midlands Coaching Programme is built on collaboration. We are partnering with two incredible organisations in Acorn Neurodiversity and The Better Health Generation who have extensive experience within this field. We work closely with probation practitioners, local services, and community organisations to ensure that every participant receives holistic, joined up support. By combining professional coaching with local knowledge and strong partnerships, we aim to create long term impact for individuals and communities alike.

Looking Ahead

As the programme grows, we look forward to supporting more people on probation across the East Midlands. Our goal is simple: to empower individuals to take control of their lives, achieve their goals, and contribute positively to their communities.

3SC remains committed to delivering high quality social impact programmes nationwide, and the launch of this new initiative represents an important step in our ongoing mission to improve lives through effective, person centred support.

“Our award-winning neurodiversity coaching programmes give people on probation the support and belief they need to make meaningful change. With the right encouragement, individuals can transform their futures; that’s the impact we are here to deliver.”
