Driving Positive Change Through High Quality Delivery and Human Centred Support

At 3SC, our mission has always been clear: to deliver high quality, people focused services that help individuals and communities thrive. Our 2025 Social Impact Report shows the continued strength, reach, and meaningful outcomes of this work.

Across our justice, employability, health and education programmes, we have once again demonstrated that our approach, grounded in collaboration, expertise, and neurodiversity-informed practice, creates measurable and lasting impact.

We also want to say a big thank you to our partners for working collaboratively and with passion to achieve these impressive results.

Expanding Our Reach Across Communities

In 2025, 2,784 clients were supported across all 3SC contracts, a reflection of the organisation’s continued growth and its ability to deliver consistently high-quality services nationwide. This broad reach demonstrates trust from partners and commissioners and illustrates the essential role our teams play in addressing complex needs within diverse communities.

Empowering People Through Training and Development

Empowering people with opportunities to upskills remains at the heart of our offer, providing people with the skills, confidence, and qualifications they need to move forward positively. In 2025:

  • 86 learners successfully completed accredited training programmes.
  • Over 300 courses and workshops were delivered across all areas of provision.
  • More than 1,000 hours of accredited training were provided, supporting individuals at every stage of their development.

These achievements illustrate our commitment not just to delivering training, but to ensuring real outcomes, skills that lead to employment, progression, independence, and improved wellbeing.

Coaching That Creates Change

Our coaching offer continues to be one of the most powerful tools we use to help individuals build resilience, confidence, and momentum in their lives. This year:

  • 94% of participants said that coaching helped them move forward positively.
  • 93% of all coaching hours commissioned were successfully delivered, ensuring accessible, reliable support tailored to individual needs.

This consistent feedback reaffirms the value of our coaches and the personalised, human approach that underpins every session. We look forward to welcoming many more Access to Work and private clients this year.

Driving Positive Justice Outcomes

3SC’s justice delivery continues to be recognised for effectiveness and innovation. In 2025, an outstanding outcome was achieved:

  • 99% of justice clients did not reoffend after engaging with our services.

This statistic represents both the quality of our support and the dedication of our staff and partners who work tirelessly to provide meaningful interventions that change lives and benefit wider society. In addition, all of our Justice contracts were extended into 2027 meaning guaranteed support for people on probation across Wales, The West Midlands, Thames Valley and London for at least another year. We were also delighted to secure another delivery area in 2026 and have been rolling out neurodiversity coaching services to people on probation in the East Midlands from January 2026.

Embedded Safeguarding and Ethical Practice

Safety and ethical delivery continue to be foundational to everything we do. In 2025, 100% of safeguarding concerns raised across our programmes were actioned appropriately, demonstrating rigorous internal processes and a culture where duty of care is non negotiable and fundamental for how we support vulnerable people.

Looking Ahead

We are proud that our work continues to be recognised for quality. Across all contracts, 99% of clients shared positive feedback, reinforcing our reputation for high standards, compassionate delivery, and reliable support services.

2025 has been a year defined by meaningful outcomes, collaborative partnerships, and continued organisational growth, which builds on our phenomenal track record of 400% growth since 2022. The results demonstrate that when services are designed with people at the centre and delivered by teams who genuinely care, lasting positive change is not only possible, but expected.

As we move into 2026, 3SC remains committed to expanding our impact, championing neurodiversity, raising standards across outsourced public services, and ensuring that individuals receive the tailored support they deserve.
