Kasia Westwood

Job Title: Contract Performance Manager

Kasia is responsible for managing the performance of Employability and Neuro-Diversity contracts across the UK as well as managing 3SC’s membership offer.

 

Since 2010, Kasia has worked on various employability contracts commissioned by DWP, European Social Fund and the Skills Funding Agency. She is highly passionate about achieving excellent performance levels, building strong relationships with stakeholders, continuous improvement and innovation, project management and data analysis.

 

In her spare time Kasia volunteers as an Instructor for the Army Cadet Force empowering young people through a range of exciting activities, watching them grow in confidence and develop their skills, which she finds extremally rewarding. Most of her down time she spends travelling the world and seeking new adventures.
