National Interview Week 2026 – Turning Experience into Opportunity
By: Jordan Escrig, Commercial Director, Imployable
11th November 2025
At imployable, we believe that real experience builds real confidence – and that’s exactly what National Interview Week (NIW) delivers.
NIW is a nationwide initiative designed to give learners the chance to take part in a ‘real’ interview with real employers, helping them gain practical experience, receive valuable feedback, and build the confidence to take their next step.
Each year, we partner with colleges, training providers and employers to make NIW happen on a national scale. Interviews are delivered virtually over morning and afternoon sessions and supported through the Equitas platform, seamlessly matching interviewers and interviewees for a streamlined experience on both sides.
2026’s NIW is scheduled to start on Tuesday March 24th, 2026 and run until the 27th, so across the AM and PM slots that makes 8 different opportunities to get involved and contribute!
Why do students take part
- Experience a genuine interview in a safe, supportive setting
- Receive structured feedback from employers
- Build confidence and work-readiness
Why should you get involved?
We are very humbled to already have hundreds of volunteers signed up from a variety of companies including Amazon, Sky, GWI, Perkbox and many more – however – the more volunteers we can get from a wide variety of industries the more students we can help across the UK! By getting involved you:
- Boost brand awareness amongst the upcoming workforce, supporting Early Talent pipelines directly.
- Offer an engaging, low-admin volunteering opportunity to for organisations and individuals looking to contribute to socially valuable programmes.
- Event sponsors have the ability to contribute to and receive the results of one of the largest destinations surveys on young people (~5,800 responses in early 2025!)
