Neurodiversity at 3SC
We’ve been delivering support to neurodiverse people since 2018 and before that we delivered workplace health assessments for almost 10 years.
We support people in a range of different settings, including those in work, people looking for employment and people who are involved in the justice system.
So far we have supported over 2,000 neurodivergent people and worked with over 800 employers.
If you are an individual we can help with our Neurodiverse Strategy Coaching Programme and if you are an employer we can deliver Neurodiversity Awareness Training and other types of support.

Neurodiversity Training
This one day training session provides a detailed understanding of common neurodiversities. We will look at how neurodiverse staff and customers can be best supported on programmes and in their workplaces, so that their neurodiverse talents and skills are fully realised.
Pricing: £800.00
Neurodiversity Awareness
This half day course will give your teams a basic understanding of neurodiversity and we will look at some of the more common neurodiverse conditions. This session is great for anyone working with or alongside neurodiverse customers or team members.

Autism Awareness
Join this half day session to gain an understanding of Autism in a variety of settings, what it means to be Autistic and to develop strategies that support customers and staff.

- An introduction to Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder

Neurodiversity Strategy Coaching
Our Coaching programmes provide support to neurominorities in a range of settings including supporting people in the workplace and those looking for employment. We work on a one-to-one basis to create and implement strategies that help people to overcome difficulties or barriers and focus on their strength – empowering people to succeed.
Pricing: £85.00 per hour
The term neurodiversity is being heard more in society and in the workplace, but are you and your workforce confident that you fully understand what the term means, and how you can work with neurodivergent people? As part of the Equality Act, it is becoming more important to understand the term and how being neurodivergent affects people, so that we can all take part in a fully functioning society and make the most of all the diversity we have at our disposal.
Once complete, participants will fully understand:
- The term neurodiversity, in the context of your organisation
- How it affects individuals
- Be able to reflect on working environments and how they affect neurodivergent people
- How to support neurodivergent staff and customers
The Level 2 unit will be available for organisations to book for their own organisations or individuals can attend our open courses.

It is estimated that up to half of the adult prison population could be neurodivergent*
Our Neurodiversity in a Justice Setting online training course is designed to give those working in the police and criminal justice a greater understanding of neurodiverse conditions.
Attend this course to receive an update on the Ministry of Justice Action Plan to provide greater support for neurodivergent offenders in bid to cut crime. Develop your understanding of neurological conditions such as, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia and ADHD and how they may present in a police and justice setting.
Understand the types of challenges that neurodivergent people experience and discuss effective strategies to provide better support. In this interactive course you will have the chance to share your experiences and work through case studies to further your understanding.
Work with our expert trainer to develop your own neurodiversity support plan.

Access to Work is a funding scheme that provides applicants the access to funding to help get or stay in work, if you have a physical or mental health condition.
The support available is dependant upon your condition and/or needs, however, you’ll be able to draw down funding to receive Neurodiversity Coaching both within the workplace and outside.
If you already have ATW funding, talk to us! We are an ATW approved supplier and no matter who you have listed on your referral, you can choose who YOU would like to provide support.
