Essex CC are maximising the deployment of the Naturally Talented Me – NTM Lite ‘Discover Me’ profiling tool across their region and report that it has revolutionised the way students and individuals view their employability options. Our unique approach widens an individual’s perception and breadth of choices and increase their own self belief in their potential.

Our underlying mission is to make a difference to young people’s lives through new approaches and fresh thinking and to this end we are so excited to bring you our Discover Me tool.
