At 3SC, our recent Wellbeing Workshop brought together a group of individuals eager to explore and nurture their mental and emotional wellbeing. We created a space of reflection, insight, and heartfelt connection.

Participants were invited to examine their current wellbeing practices, revisit activities they once loved but may have left behind, and gently explore the everyday factors—both visible and hidden—that can impact their mental health. Together, we unpacked evidence-based strategies to improve wellbeing, with a focus on self-awareness, compassion, and realistic, actionable changes.

We explored how wellbeing is not a fixed state but a dynamic balance influenced by daily habits, relationships, environment, and even our self-talk. The session offered tools rooted in mindfulness, emotional regulation, and positive psychology—tailored to real-life circumstances.

But perhaps the most powerful feedback came not just from the content, but the connection.

“I really enjoyed the session and was grateful to meet like minded people; it felt more like a gentle talk with friends and was totally non-judgemental,” one participant shared.

The atmosphere was calm, inclusive, and supportive—just as it was meant to be. We believe that true growth starts when people feel safe to be themselves. Our aim was not to “fix” anyone, but to empower them to recognise their own needs and take small, meaningful steps forward.
