Employability Coaching
3SC provide a coaching service to support customers who are neurodiverse and looking for employment.
The programme typically helps people to develop strategies to overcome barriers created by their condition, chaotic lifestyles or heath concerns. The Coaching enables the customer to work through their challenges in a supported way and become more open to employment opportunities and to engage better with existing services.
Neuro-Diverse Strategy Coaching (NDSC) delivers high quality coping strategy coaching, training and mentoring to adults with Neuro-Diverse conditions and other disabilities/long term health conditions at work. The service is person-centred delivering strategy coaching support tailored to the individual customer’s work-related needs. Typically, the support is delivered through a programme of one to three hours sessions although the service is flexible enough to accommodate multiple different models and lengths of delivery.
