Job Title: Neurodiversity Coach
Alejandra, Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, is a Mindfulness-Based Leadership Coach and Facilitator with over 15 years of experience helping leaders and organisations navigate complexity, lead with awareness, and build cultures of trust and belonging.
Blending Latin American heart, Spanish soul, and London perspective, she integrates mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and embodiment to support conscious, resilient, and human-centred leadership.
Since 2012, Alejandra has worked extensively within the UK justice system and prisons, supporting staff and individuals in custody to develop emotional awareness, leadership capacity, and pathways for positive change. She has also coached globally across corporate, public, and social sectors, partnering with organisations such as Roche, Novartis, Salesforce, Colgate-Palmolive, Just Eat, the London Metropolitan Police, and Children’s Social Services.
She holds certifications in Leadership Circle Profile, Co-Active Coaching, Positive Intelligence, ORSC, and Embodied Meditation, and is also training as a MIM (Music and Movement is Medicine) Instructor.
Her mission is to foster mindful, courageous, and sustainable leadership that creates lasting impact.
