Job Title: Neurodiversity Coach

I am a Specialist Neurodiversity Coach at 3SC, supporting neurodivergent individuals across justice, employability and workplace settings. My role involves delivering tailored one-to-one coaching, helping clients build self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, communication skills and practical strategies for lasting change.

 

I hold a BSc in Business Management and a Master’s in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London, alongside training in CBT, NLP, mindfulness, positive psychology, facilitation and mental health coaching.

 

Alongside coaching, I design and deliver neurodiversity awareness workshops for professionals, supporting more inclusive, informed and effective practice. My work is driven by 3SC’s purpose, creating meaningful partnerships that improve lives, reduce barriers and support people to reach their potential.
