Kathryn Jellings

Job Title: Director

Kathryn Jellings is a strategic, values led Director with over 20 years’ experience across employability, justice, neurodiversity and social impact. She has been with 3SC for more than 12 years, during which time she has held a range of senior leadership roles including Head of Wales and Head of Programmes, before being promoted to Director following the acquisition of 3SC by Twin Group.

 

As Director, Kathryn oversees the overall performance of 3SC’s contracts, leads organisational development and growth, and ensures the delivery of high quality, safe and inclusive provision. She works closely with team members across the business to support professional development, wellbeing and success, and leads on business development, strategy and partnership creation. Kathryn is 3SC’s Designated Safeguarding Lead, exercising independent judgement in decision making, and sits on the Executive Leadership Team for Twin Group. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Employability Professionals and an ERSA Board Member.

 

Kathryn is a regular national speaker, contributing to conferences, events and leadership forums on topics including inclusive leadership, employability, wellbeing and neurodiversity. She has authored a range of published articles and opinion pieces, sharing best practice and thought leadership across the employability and third sector landscape.

 

Her work has been widely recognised, including being named one of the NatWest Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise in 2022 and receiving an ERSA Award in 2023 for sharing best practice in the employability sector.

 

Outside of work, Kathryn is a mum to two boys and enjoys films, cooking and walking. She lives in Cardiff.
