As someone with ADHD herself, she has first-hand knowledge of the challenges her clients face, from diagnosis to learning to not only live but to thrive with their condition. She supports clients to understand their condition and how it affects them, create their own strategies and create coping mechanisms for the challenging aspects of the conditions. She helps them to see themselves as a whole person, with many valuable skills. In doing so Sarah’s clients leave with the knowledge, skills and confidence to progress in their lives and achieve their goals.
