GLA ESF Targeted NEET – Expression of Interest (EOI)

3SC invites expressions of interest from organisations who want to work in a consortium to deliver the GLA ESF Targeted NEET Service. The opportunity is to deliver services to Young People who are NEET in either the South London Partnership area or the West London Alliance area.

Programme Information

Two grants are available with a combined value of approximately £2.6m to provide support for young Londoners aged 16 to 24 who are Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET) and have other specific complex needs or characteristics of disadvantage which increases the risk of their suffering from reduced opportunities, low incomes and unemployment later in life. The Projects will provide individually tailored support for achieving sustained education, training or employment results. This Project will run from Autumn 2020 to June 2023.

There are 2 grants with a total value of £2,644,867:

• Grant 1: £977,161 : South London Partnership Strategic Sub-Regional Partnership area;
• Grant 2: £1,667,706 : West London Alliance Strategic Sub-Regional Partnership area.

The Primary Result the GLA are seeking to achieve is:

• Grant 1: a minimum of 172 Participants sustain an EET destination for at least 26 out of 32 weeks;
• Grant 2: a minimum of 295 Participants sustain an EET destination for at least 26 out of 32 weeks.
